Please complete a form entry for each Item submission. 33% will be taken from the total sales of the merchandise , (we will not be marking these items up , so please price your items accordingly.) Please do not submit any canvas giclee prints here, please submit those in the gallery artwork submission form only one submission per item is necessary. ex: you have prints or stickers, different images, different dimensions, but same price, that is One entry. If you have prints/stickers that are a different price point, please enter those as a separate entry.
